Day 01 | Arrive Chennai
Welcome to India! Upon arrival at Chennai International Airport, you will be met and assisted by our representative before being transferred to your hotel.
Depending on your arrival time, enjoy an orientation tour of Chennai, the cultural gateway to South India.

Day 02 | Chennai – Mahabalipuram (Approx. 60 km / 1.5 hrs)
After breakfast, enjoy a sightseeing tour of Chennai including Fort St. George, San Thome Basilica and Kapaleeshwarar Temple.
Later, drive along the scenic East Coast Road to Mahabalipuram.

Day 03 | Mahabalipuram – Puducherry (Approx. 100 km / 2 hrs)
Morning visit to the UNESCO World Heritage monuments of Mahabalipuram including the Shore Temple, Five Rathas and Arjuna's Penance.
Continue to the charming French colonial town of Puducherry.
Evening at leisure.

Day 04 | Puducherry – Tanjore (Approx. 180 km / 4 hrs)
After breakfast, enjoy a walking tour of the French Quarter and Sri Aurobindo Ashram.
Drive to Tanjore, the cultural capital of the Chola Empire.
Visit the magnificent Brihadeeswara Temple (UNESCO World Heritage Site).

Day 05 | Tanjore – Chettinad – Madurai (Approx. 210 km / 5 hrs)
Drive towards Madurai.
En route, explore the heritage mansions of Chettinad and enjoy an authentic South Indian lunch (optional).
Continue to Madurai.

After breakfast, visit the spectacular Meenakshi Amman Temple, Tirumalai Nayak Palace and the bustling local flower and vegetable markets.

Drive through the Western Ghats to Periyar National Park.
Enjoy a spice plantation tour.

Early morning nature walk or optional boat safari in Periyar National Park.
Later, drive to Kumarakom on the shores of the famous Kerala Backwaters.

Enjoy a memorable cruise through the tranquil Kerala Backwaters aboard a traditional houseboat (day cruise or overnight option).
Later, drive to Kochi.
